The hotel's rooms were spacious, with a local touch in decoration and all the usual amenities. They were clean; however, being located near the back door of the kitchen lounge made it quite noisy due to staff activities. The hotel's elevated position on the 24th floor offered unique views.

I was delighted with my stay at this hotel! The rooms were fantastic, very clean and comfortable with a magnificent view. The omelette and cappuccino were delicious. The service was exceptional, and the location was perfect, near a big mall with lots of stores and restaurants. The dining experience was great, with a lot of tasty options. However, accessing the location was a bit complicated at times.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location is superb, near the bustling Tunjungan Plaza with plenty of shops and dining options. The rooms were fantastic, especially considering the price, and I adored the huge window perfect for catching the sunrise if you're an early riser. Everything was spotless, giving a nice and clean feel throughout.
